Takanini Gurdwara so far feed 10,100 families already and another big one.
Next circle All set for Monday 27th April 2020. We will be distributing 1,500 Free Food bags to needy families between 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
Locations: 70 Takanini School Road, Takanini, Auckland
We will serve the wider community of Auckland in this challenging time, by providing a bag of necessary food items. So at least each family can have 2- 3 days of food.
This food bag is not for any specific religion, caste or gender. We welcome everyone. Since the Takanini Gurdwara doors are temporarily closed due to the lockdown. We advise everyone to come to GATE 1 and patiently wait your turn in your car. Our volunteer will ask you to open your car boot and they’ll drop your food bag in the car and ensure it’s locked. Then you may drive your vehicle from GATE 2 as guided by the volunteers.
